退货政策

我们理解跨境购买古董类商品可能存在不确定性，因此在合理范围内，我们提供退货保障，以维护买卖双方的合法权益。

一、可退货情形

买家可在签收后 7 天内申请退货，适用情形包括：

  1. 实物与网站描述严重不符（如尺寸、材质、功能明显错误）；

  2. 存在描述中未提及的重大破损或结构缺陷；

  3. 运输过程中造成严重损坏，且买家在签收 48 小时内提供完整开箱照片为证。

注意：因色差、年代使用痕迹、主观审美偏好、误解用途等原因产生的不满，恕不接受退货。

二、关于年代、材质与真伪的特别说明

  • 本店所有商品的年代、材质、风格与来源，皆依据我们现有知识、经验及所掌握资料做出判断。除非特别说明，我们所作描述并非第三方权威鉴定结果。

  • 若买家对商品的真伪、年代或材料存在质疑，可在收货后 7 天内提供第三方具资质机构出具的书面鉴定意见，我们将在充分尊重该意见的基础上，酌情处理退货事宜。

  • 请理解，古董艺术品因年代久远、来源复杂，在全球范围内也难以达成绝对共识。若您对此类属性信息高度敏感，欢迎在购买前咨询，我们将如实提供我们所知信息，但最终判断与购买责任仍由买方承担。

三、退货流程与费用说明

  1. 请在签收后 7 日内联系邮箱提出退货申请，说明原因并附上相关图片或资料；

  2. 我们将在 2 个工作日内回复，确认是否符合退货条件；

  3. 若退货获批，请将藏品妥善包装、原样寄回；

  4. 收到商品并确认无误后，我们将在 5 个工作日内处理退款。

  • 若退货因卖方责任（如描述不符），我们承担来回运费；

  • 若退货因买方个人原因（如误购、主观原因），买方承担退货运费；

  • 已缴纳的海关关税与进口税不在退款范围内。

四、商品状态要求

退回商品须与售出时一致，不得拆改、损坏、调换。若因包装不当导致退货途中损坏，买方需承担由此产生的损失。

Return Policy 

We understand that purchasing antique items internationally may involve uncertainties. Therefore, we provide a fair return policy to protect the rights of both parties.

1. Eligible Return Situations

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving the item if:

  1. The item significantly differs from its description (e.g., incorrect size, material, or function);

  2. Major damage or defect was not disclosed in the listing;

  3. Serious shipping damage occurred, and unboxing photos are provided within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns will not be accepted due to color variations, typical age wear, subjective expectations, or misinterpretation of usage.

2. Special Note on Age, Material & Authenticity

  • All descriptions of age, material, origin, and style are based on the seller’s knowledge, experience, and available references. Unless otherwise stated, these do not constitute certified third-party authentication.

  • If a buyer disputes the age or authenticity of an item, they may submit a written report from a qualified third-party expert within 7 days of receipt. We will consider such evidence in good faith and handle the return accordingly.

  • Please understand that attribution in antiques is often subject to interpretation. If you are particularly sensitive to material or dating issues, please contact us before purchase. We will share what we know, but the final decision and responsibility lie with the buyer.

3. Return Procedure & Costs

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your request and supporting details;

  2. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility;

  3. If approved, return the item securely and in original condition;

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

  • If the return is due to our fault, we will cover shipping costs;

  • If the return is for personal reasons, the buyer bears return shipping costs;

  • Any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

4. Item Condition

Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold. If the item is returned damaged due to improper packaging, the buyer may be held responsible for the loss.
