1. 运输与保险 · Shipping & Insurance

我们通过 Canada Post 或 UPS 为加拿大境内客户提供安全可靠的快递服务。所有订单均全额投保，需签收确认，确保藏品安全送达。客户在订单发出后将收到追踪号码，可实时监控物流状态。正常发货时间为 1–3 个工作日。若客户希望自提，可在下单时备注，我们可安排寄送至最近的快递点。

We ship securely within Canada via Canada Post or UPS. All orders are fully insured and require signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Tracking numbers are provided once shipped. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. Upon request, shipments may be held at a local pickup location for customer convenience.

2. 退货政策 · Returns

Silent Era 为加拿大境内客户提供 60 天退货保障。客户在收到商品后 60 天内，如因任何原因希望退货，均可申请。退货需保持商品原貌，不得有第三方改动或严重损坏，并附带原始包装及凭证。退货运费与保险由我们承担。退货验收后，3–7 个工作日内退款将原路退回。

Silent Era offers a 60-day return guarantee for clients within Canada. Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt for any reason. Items must remain in original condition , without third-party alterations or significant damage, and should include original packaging and documentation. Return shipping and insurance are covered by us. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.

3. 戒指改圈 · Ring Sizing

我们为大部分戒指提供改圈服务，商品页面将标注可改与不可改情况。首次改圈免费（发货前），通常需额外 2–5 个工作日。为确保准确性，建议客户在本地珠宝店专业测量手寸。购买后如需再次改圈，Silent Era 提供有偿服务，费用 起价 CAD 120（含往返保险邮费与工费），复杂款式另行报价。

Most rings can be resized, with resizability noted on each product page. The first resizing before shipment is complimentary, which may add 2–5 business days to delivery. For accuracy, we recommend professional sizing at a local jewelry store. For future resizing after purchase, Silent Era provides paid services starting at CAD 120(covering insured round-trip shipping and labor). Complex designs may require a custom quote.

4. 保修服务 · Warranty

所有珠宝首饰类商品自收货日起 一年内享有保修服务。期间如出现小问题（如戒圈松动、镶爪微调、副石松脱），我们将免费或按成本价进行维修。超过一年后，Silent Era 仍可提供维修服务，费用按成本收取，往返保险运费由客户承担（起价 CAD 85）。

不涵盖范围：中心宝石损坏、丢失或被盗，以及第三方改动造成的损坏。我们强烈建议客户为高价值珠宝另行购买独立保险。

All Jewelry Products include a one-year warranty from the date of receipt. During this period, minor issues (e.g., loose prongs, accent stones) will be repaired free of charge or at cost. After one year, Silent Era continues to offer repair services at cost, with insured round-trip shipping covered by the customer (starting at CAD 85).

Exclusions: Damage or loss of center stones, theft, or issues caused by third-party alterations. We strongly recommend independent insurance coverage for high-value jewelry.

5. 回购计划 · Buyback Program

为支持客户的长期收藏与流动性需求，Silent Era 对珠宝首饰提供回购服务：

中古钻戒：原购价的 60%
其他珠宝：原购价的 55%

回购金额以实际成交价为基准（不含税费与运费）。商品必须保持原貌，未经第三方改动或严重损坏。Silent Era 保留根据市场行情和个案情况调整回购比例或拒绝回购的权利。

To support long-term collecting and liquidity needs, Silent Era offers a buyback program:

Estate diamond rings: 60% of original purchase price
Other jewelry : 55% of original purchase price

Buyback is based on the original purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping). Items must remain in original condition, without third-party alterations or major damage. Silent Era reserves the right to adjust buyback terms or decline buybacks based on market conditions and individual circumstances.
